Our Explorer Tribe is where kindled flame becomes a full-blown fire and the interdependency of the tribe is made manifest. Explorers will dive deeper into their personal giftings and venture alongside their fellow tribe members. The goal with our explorers is to develop responsibility and independence while nurturing their interests and fanning the flame inside them.

The environment is the tailored to grow with the learners capability of independence through earned levels of freedom and additional self-direction. Here we'll ensure they have hone all the core skills necessary to go on to learn anything they want in our Navigator Tribe.

This is an explosive time of intentional exploration to experiment and develop their unique talents and gifts together in a tight-knit tribe. They'll engage in personal goal-setting, leadership development, and self-discovery that will launch them into thier next adventure.
